Returns Policy

RETURNS

We take pride in the quality of our goods and offer the best. However, for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Please follow the steps below:

  • Returns of orders can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods and must be received by us in original packaging and good condition 
  • Customers are however responsible for any postage costs in returning the items to us.
  • Email us the details at info@decor-it.co.uk with the Subject as ‘Returns’
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card.


FAULTY ITEMS

We provide quality pieces and check all our products prior to dispatching. However, if your item is damaged in transit or you identify a manufacturing issue please contact us, and we can send you a replacement.
We will require an image of the damaged item, please email this to info@decor-it.co.uk

  • Faulty items must be notified to us within 1 week of receiving your order.
  • Once your exchange has been approved, the faulty item will need to be returned to us and your replacement item will be dispatched upon receipt of the product within 2-3 working days.
